SPECIAL TERMS RELATING TO OUR EARTH DAY SALE EVENT

This promotion runs from Tuesday 16th April 2024 and is subject to change with no notice. The promotion offers up to 30% off selected items. During this sale event, customers who purchase 2 Yoga Mats or Travel Mats will qualify for an additional 15% off and those who purchase 3+ Yoga Mats or Travel Mats will qualify for an additional 20% off the discounted total. Liforme may amend discounts at any time, due to stock levels or for any other reason.

For customers who elect to join the Liforme community by signing up to the Liforme newsletter, they will have the option after checkout to select one of 4 charitable causes. If the charitable cause selected is Friends of the Earth or WWF, Liforme will donate 3% of the net sales value of their purchase to the chosen charity (for further details on these causes, please see charity donation section below). The 3% donation will be calculated based on the total purchase price paid by the customer for their order, after deduction of discounts, applicable taxes and a fixed sum of 3% of the total purchase price paid by the customer to cover credit card fees and foreign exchange charges and variances. The exact amount donated per sale will therefore vary depending on the final discount applied, the tax treatment of the order and the total value of the order. If you select Tree-Nation as the charitable cause, 5 trees will be donated by Liforme in your name to one of Tree-Nation’s accredited reforestation projects globally and you will receive an email from Tree-Nation with instructions about how to create your forest and plant your trees. If you select CleanHub, Liforme will rescue 100kg of plastic from our oceans.

Please note that any product-specific donations referenced below, specifically those applying to the Liforme Purple Earth mat range, Liforme Rainbow mat range, Liforme Mother Earth mat, and/or the Liforme Year of the Tiger mat is super-ceded by the choose your cause donation.

During this sale event, only personalised discount codes related to Liforme ambassadors may be used to obtain any additional discounts in addition to the on-site discount, except for select additional codes expressly authorised by Liforme on a case by case basis. For the avoidance of doubt, any discount codes relating to Liforme’s 'Rewards' Programme, the Liforme ‘Special Offers’ Programme or any other customer loyalty programmes/offers run by Liforme, including Yoga teacher discounts, shall be temporarily suspended during the course of this sale/promotion event but will be available to be used again following the event's conclusion. Any discount codes used on top of on-site discounts to purchase orders containing more than 4 units or any orders containing more than 6 units are subject to review and cancellation in Liforme’s discretion.

ORDER PLACEMENT

The placement of an order online indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions relating to orders, purchases and delivery. By submitting your order you are offering to buy goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purpose of supplying those goods. We will only pass on your details to our subcontractors who handle delivery, or as we are otherwise legally required to do.

Goods supplied by liforme.com are not for resale. Liforme Ltd are under no obligation to accept your order and may reject your order (or take other appropriate action) if it comes to light that you are involved in unauthorised reselling of Liforme products.

Orders of eight or more units are subject to stock availability and discretion as to whether to fulfil and can be cancelled at anytime.

AVAILABILITY

We make every effort to keep the website up to date so that items on the website are in stock. Sometimes items sell out quicker than expected. We will always try our best to rectify this, and you can always contact us directly via the “Get in touch” link at the footer of our site, and we will see what we can arrange for you.

DELIVERY

We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and some delays are out of our control. Any dates we specify for delivery of goods are approximate and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay. You can rest assured that we will work to rectify any delivery problems with the minimal delay.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

If a product is advertised at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or a supplier error we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, whether or not said order has been confirmed. In such cases we will make you aware of this and a full refund will be given, if required. All prices on US, Mexico and Puerto Rico sites are shown in US dollars. All prices on Canada site are shown in Canadian dollars. All prices on Europe site are shown in Euros. UK and Rest of World site are shown in Pounds Sterling. Prices in UK and EU are inclusive of VAT (where breakdown of VAT and net pricing is specified). Prices outside of UK and EU do not include any applicable customs duties and/or import taxes. Your payment of the price (inclusive of VAT if applicable) and shipping charges must be made in full before dispatch of the Goods. Payment of any customs duties and/or taxes is payable according to the import laws of the destination country.

TAX FREE SHOPPING IN THE UK

Unfortunately we are unable to support tax free shopping right now. If you write to us at info@liforme.com we can provide an invoice showing VAT but we are unable to provide 407 VAT refund forms (or handle the related administrative requirements) at this time.

CHARITY DONATIONS

We are proud to support our charity partners with donations as indicated on the individual products on Liforme.com and as detailed below, as well as other ad hoc and promotional contributions from time to time.

3% from all sales of Liforme Purple Earth, Travel Mats & Yoga Pads on Liforme.com will be donated to our Official Charity Partner, Friends of the Earth, to ensure that generations to come will enjoy a safer climate, flourishing nature, and healthy air, water and food. Friends of the Earth is a registered charity in England and Wales no. 281681.

1% from all sales of Liforme Mother Earth Mat on Liforme.com will also be donated to our Friends of the Earth, along with 5 Trees to be planted by our Charity Partner Tree-nation for each sale of the Mother Earth Mat.

3% from all sales of the Liforme 'Year of the Tiger' Yoga Mat on Liforme.com will be donated to our Official Charity Partner WWF, to support their conservation and campaigning work which is helping to bring our world back to life.

3% from all sales of the Liforme Rainbow Hope Yoga Mat on Liforme.com will be donated to our Official Charity Partner GLAAD, who help to promote LGBTQ+ acceptance.

For all the aforementioned product-based donations (and any other ad hoc promotional contributions made), Liforme will donate 3% of the relevant sale value after discounts, tax, commissions, credit card fees and foreign exchange until further notice. The exact amount donated per sale will vary depending on any discount codes applied, tax treatment of the order and territory or any other offer resulting in a lower final sale price to the customer.

PRODUCT USE DISCLAIMER

It is important to note that we do not give any guarantees about the use and/or safety of our products. All users of our products use them at their own risk fully acknowledging that Yoga and other physical exercise is performed with associated risk of bodily injury, and we at Liforme cannot be responsible or liable for any such injury caused to any users of our products. By purchasing a mat from Liforme directly or via any of our re-sellers or agents, you agree to waive any and all claims against us with regard to any physical (or other) injuries sustained or loss or damage suffered as a direct or indirect result of using our products.

LIFORME GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By purchasing a Liforme Gift Card, you are agreeing to the Liforme Gift Card terms and conditions.
Liforme Gift Cards can be purchased here.
Liforme Gift Cards are redeemable at liforme.com only.
Liforme Gift Cards can be redeemed online as a method of payment at the checkout. You will need to enter the gift voucher number when prompted during the checkout.
Discount codes cannot be applied when purchasing a Liforme e-gift card. However, the e-gift card value can be redeemed against Liforme.com purchases including those with discount codes applied.
No change will be given when using a Liforme Gift Card for an amount exceeding the order value. Instead the balance will remain on your Liforme Gift Card and you can use this for another purchase within the validity period of the gift card.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
No fees of any kind will be imposed on purchasers or recipients of Gift Cards.
You may not return or cancel your Liforme Gift Card after it is received. Customers who wish to cancel an Gift Card purchase order prior to its delivery to a recipient should contact the Customer Experience Team at info@liforme.com.
If your Gift Card has been copied or stolen, please contact the Customer Experience Team at info@liforme.com. Gift Cards lost or stolen can only be replaced if you have your original proof of purchase.
Liforme Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash.
You may not use a Liforme Gift Card to purchase another Liforme Gift Card.
Liforme Gift Cards may be paid for with a valid VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or with PayPal.
Liforme is not responsible for Liforme Gift Cards that cannot be delivered due to a mistake in the information entered by the customer. Please check to make sure the email address of the recipient is correct and contact our Customer Experience Team if the recipient did not receive their Liforme Gift Card.
If your Liforme Gift Card is faulty or is not redeemable at checkout despite is being purchased and used correctly and in accordance with our terms and conditions, we will send you a new Liforme Gift Card.

Participants have the opportunity to win a Liforme Yoga Mat. This giveaway is open to all individuals who subscribe to our mailing list via the Giveaway campaign running on the Meta platform. To enter the giveaway, participants are required to complete the subscription form with their name and email address.
