Once your order has been placed, we will send you an order confirmation email to let you know it has been received, and it will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
We will send your products via the most efficient shipping service available for your location. Our couriers include SF, ANE and FedEx. We will send you the tracking information when we have shipped your order, so you can track the delivery. Please note that tracking information can take 1 business day to become available to us.
Unfortunately, we are not able to process orders on Saturdays and Sundays - so if you order on a weekend, we will receive and process your order on the subsequent Monday. Quoted delivery transit times commence from then.
Deliveries are likely to be anytime between 8:00am and 7:00pm, although this can vary.
We will always endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated, but please note that goods are subject to availability and some delays are out of our control. Any dates we specify for delivery of goods are approximate and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay. You can rest assured that we will work to rectify any delivery problems with the minimal delay. Above all, we want you to be happy with the service offered by us here at Liforme.
Some delivery addresses are designated by our courier as "remote" and may be subject to additional charges for delivery, which will be applied at the checkout.
Please be advised that we will ship your order from our Asian warehouse located in mainland China. Import duties and/or taxes may apply if you are located outside of mainland China. The recipient of the package will be responsible for these charges and may need to pay the courier company directly in order to complete the delivery.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses and forwarding companies.
All Liforme Mats ordered from our website are delivered in branded packaging. Please be aware of this if your order is a gift!
