As Marketing Manager, you will work closely with our CEO/Founder and be responsible for planning and delivering brand-orientated creative content and managing a variety of integrated projects and ongoing campaigns to help drive and support our Company’s growth in a global market. This is a multi-dimensional marketing role covering social & digital marketing, content production & management, as well as some PR and events.


  • Implement and extend brand marketing strategy, including planning, budgeting and activation 
  • Create marketing campaigns (short and long term), and develop tools and processes to support our global initiatives 
  • Communicate brand marketing strategy internally
  • Implement a sophisticated, strategic and evolving ongoing brand experience campaign through business and consumer channels
  • Report to and work closely with our CEO/Founder and translate creative visions into market-ready content 
  • Design and deliver exciting new product launches
  • Organise marketing events
  • Manage our company’s newsletter 
  • Implement and manage new and exciting online community-based content initiatives 
  • Manage our company’s social media channels (particular focus on Facebook and Instagram)
  • Deliver high performing, competitive, digital and social advertising campaigns 
  • Manage our outsourcing of design, web development, SEO and other digital services



  • Proven track record and at least 2-3 years’ experience of marketing for brands (bonus if in the lifestyle, fitness and/or wellness sectors)
  • Experience of managing separate campaigns under a coherent brand story  
  • Experience of creating or leading innovative initiatives and campaigns to grow a business
  • Proven ability to unite a team around brand direction and initiatives
  • Experience in digital and offline marketing and promotion
  • Great planning and organisation skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly and efficiently 
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly personable and able to form good working relationships 


  • Experience working in a start-up environment
  • Calm demeanour and ability to cope well with pressure
  • Experience of organising events
  • Experience of launching exciting new products
